1. Hourly Rate (Advisory & Short-Term Support)
75 – 120 CHF per hour (ad hoc consulting calls, policy reviews, or one-off expert input).
2. Daily Rate (Workshops, Training Coordination, Onsite Assessment)
600 – 900 CHF per day (coordinating training, convening focus groups, executive coaching, one-off advisory, or conducting assessments).

4. Retainer Model (Ongoing Advisory)

Tier 2 – Standard Partnership: 4.000 CHF/month (up to 20 hours + quarterly reports).
Tier 3 – Full Support: 7.500+ CHF/month (includes unlimited advisory, monitoring, ad hoc executive coaching, training coordination, and policy/compliance reviews).
5. Add-on Services
