Who we are.

Swan Consulting is just beginning its journey, being founded in November 2025 in Schaffhausen, Switzerland. We offer unique and specialised services in the organisational wellbeing space, helping companies to identify their psychosocial risks and assess their compliance requirements, implement sound mental health initiatives, and monitor and evaluate these initiatives. We aim to help HR departments free up their time to concentrate on the multiple other responsibilities they have to deal with, and increase their bottom line through enhanced productivity.

Our unique services include a Mentally Healthy Workplaces© survey, which is an amalgamation of measures from universally validated tools, presented in a user friendly format. It measures such indicators as engagement, satisfaction, turnover intent, absenteeism, presenteeism, psychosocial hazards, and sought mental health initiatives. The survey’s insights assess the organisation’s mental health and wellbeing through aggregating individual data, which is then used to produce recommendations and an action plan for improving these indicators.

We also work with organisations to develop mentally healthy policies and programs, such as psychosocial risk frameworks, specific mental health initiatives (e.g. Mental Health Resource Hub, Corporate Destigmatisation Plan, Mind Health Self-Check, and Personalised Employee Health Plans), and implementation roadmaps.

Additionally, we can coordinate organisational training on a number of subjects with our extensive network of certified trainers. Clients have benefited from our coordinated trainings, such as: Mental Health First Aid, Creating Mentally Healthy Teams, Implementing a Psychologically Safe Workplace, Change Management, and Safe Communication.

Moreover, to complete the policy loop, we provide a monitoring and evaluation service based on taking ongoing measurements of key indicators, outputs, and outcomes provided in the original project brief. Follow-up is provided based on the report and recommendations from the impact evaluation.
